About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is hiring a full-time Care Partner at Carriage Court in Hilliard, Ohio. The position pays $18–$21.25 per hour and follows a two-week schedule: Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday in Week 1; Monday, Saturday, and Sunday in Week 2. Shifts run from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. The Care Partner supports residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care. The role emphasizes empathy, presence, reliability, an inclusive and positive attitude, and active engagement in learning and development. Care Partners help create meaningful human connections with residents and contribute to a supportive team and community.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
Positive and energetic attitude and enthusiasm for working with residents.
Computer skills sufficient to print documents and enter resident information.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop throughout the day.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, and assist persons after a fall.
Must be criminally cleared.
