About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is hiring a part-time Care Partner at Westbury in Columbia, Missouri. The position is scheduled Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 7:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., with a pay range of $19 to $23.25 per hour. The Care Partner creates human connections with residents, contributes to an inclusive and positive environment, and supports residents with activities of daily living. The role calls for empathy, dependability, curiosity, and an energetic, positive attitude. Team members are encouraged to pursue development and growth within the organization.

Requirements

At least 18 years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
Positive and energetic attitude and enthusiasm for working with residents.
Computer skills to print documents and enter resident information.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop throughout the day.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, and to assist persons after a fall.
Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
Create human connections with residents, including during vulnerable moments.
Contribute to an inclusive and positive environment through engagement with team members and the community.
Be present, share talents, and be someone colleagues can count on.
Ask questions and engage in development, growth, and training.
Assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, and assist persons after a fall.
Print documents and enter information about residents.
