About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is hiring a part-time Care Partner at Castlewood in Nixa, Missouri. The position pays $17 to $22.50 per hour and is scheduled from 7:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Week 1 shifts are Tuesday through Friday; Week 2 shifts are Monday, Saturday, and Sunday. The Care Partner creates human connections with residents, supports an inclusive and positive environment, and contributes wholeheartedly to residents, teammates, and the community. The role includes proactively assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care. Team members are expected to be present and dependable, maintain a positive attitude, and engage in their own development, growth, and training.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age.
Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Be able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
Have a positive and energetic attitude and a strong commitment to residents.
Possess computer skills sufficient to print documents and enter resident information.
Be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop throughout the day.
Be able to frequently lift and/or move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, including assisting persons after a fall.
Clear criminal screening.
