About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is hiring a full-time Care Partner at Castlewood in Nixa, Missouri. The position pays $17–$22.50 per hour and follows a 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. schedule. The two-week schedule is Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday in Week 1, then Monday, Saturday, and Sunday in Week 2. The Care Partner supports residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care. The role emphasizes empathy, human connection, dependability, a positive and inclusive environment, and engagement in training and professional growth. The position requires active physical work and assistance with resident mobility.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age.
Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Be able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
Have computer skills sufficient to print documents and enter resident information.
Be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop throughout the day.
Be able to frequently lift and/or move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, and assist people after a fall.
Be criminally cleared.
Have a positive and energetic attitude and a strong commitment to residents.
