About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a full-time Care Partner at Castlewood in Nixa, Missouri. The role focuses on creating empathetic, supportive connections with residents and helping them with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care. Care Partners are expected to be present and dependable, contribute to an inclusive and positive environment, and remain engaged in their development, growth, and training. The schedule is 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on a rotating two-week schedule: Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday during Week 1; Monday, Saturday, and Sunday during Week 2. Pay is $17 to $22.50 per hour. The workplace is at Castlewood, 1538 N. Old Castle Rd, Nixa, MO 65714.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age.
Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Be able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
Have a positive, energetic attitude and a strong commitment to residents.
Possess computer skills to print documents and enter resident information.
Be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop throughout the day.
Be able to frequently lift and/or move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, and assist people after a fall.
Obtain criminal clearance.
