About The Position

The Care Partner works at Castlewood in Nixa, Missouri, creating human connections with residents and supporting their quality of life. The role calls for empathy, dependability, curiosity, a positive and inclusive attitude, and engagement in training and professional growth. The Care Partner proactively assists residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care. This is a part-time position scheduled from 7:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Week 1 shifts are Tuesday through Friday; Week 2 shifts are Monday, Saturday, and Sunday. Pay is $17–$22.50 per hour.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
Positive and energetic attitude and enthusiasm for working with residents.
Computer skills sufficient to print documents and enter resident information.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop throughout the day.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, and to assist people after a fall.
Must be criminally cleared.
