About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is hiring a part-time Care Partner at Westbury in Columbia, Missouri. The role is scheduled for Wednesdays from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Pay is $19 to $23.25 per hour. The Care Partner builds empathetic connections with residents, contributes to an inclusive and positive community, and participates in ongoing development and training. The position includes proactively helping residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age.
Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Be able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
Have a positive and energetic attitude and a strong interest in caring for residents.
Possess computer skills sufficient to print documents and enter resident information.
Be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop throughout the day.
Be able to frequently lift and/or move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, and assist persons after a fall.
Be criminally cleared.
