About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is hiring a part-time Care Partner at Westbury in Columbia, Missouri. The role is scheduled Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Sunday from 7:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., with pay of $19 to $23.25 per hour. The Care Partner supports residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care, while creating empathetic human connections and contributing to an inclusive, positive environment. Team members are expected to be present, dependable, curious, and engaged in their own development and training.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
Positive and energetic attitude and a willingness to work with residents.
Computer skills sufficient to print documents and enter resident information.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop throughout the day.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, and to assist persons after a fall.
Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
Create human connections with residents, particularly during vulnerable moments.
Contribute to an inclusive and positive environment through engagement with residents, team members, and the community.
Participate in development, growth, and training within the organization.
Assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, and assist persons after a fall.
Use computer skills to print documents and enter information about residents.
