About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is hiring a full-time Care Partner at Westbury in Columbia, Missouri. The role focuses on creating meaningful connections with residents and supporting their quality of life through compassionate, dependable care. Care Partners assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care. The position requires a positive, energetic, and inclusive approach, along with curiosity and engagement in training and professional growth. The schedule is 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on a rotating two-week pattern: Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday during week one; Monday, Saturday, and Sunday during week two. Pay is $19 to $23.25 per hour. The position is based at Westbury, 550 Stone Valley Parkway, Columbia, MO 65203.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
Positive and energetic attitude and enthusiasm for working with residents.
Computer skills sufficient to print documents and enter resident information.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop throughout the day.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and after a fall.
Must be criminally cleared.
