About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is hiring a full-time Care Partner at University Living in Ann Arbor, Michigan. The position pays $18–$21 per hour and works 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on a rotating schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday in Week 1; Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday in Week 2. The role focuses on creating human connections with residents and assisting them with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care. Team members are expected to contribute to an inclusive, positive environment, be dependable and present, and engage in their own development and training.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
Positive and energetic attitude and enthusiasm for working with residents.
Computer skills sufficient to print documents and enter resident information.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop throughout the day.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assist persons after a fall.
Must be criminally cleared.
