About The Position

The Care Partner supports residents at Boulevard St Peters in Saint Peters, Missouri, by creating human connection and providing compassionate assistance during vulnerable moments. The role calls for an empathetic, dependable, engaged team member who contributes to an inclusive, positive environment and participates in ongoing development and training. A central part of the position is proactively assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care. This is a full-time position with a two-week rotating schedule: Week 1 is Monday, Saturday, and Sunday; Week 2 is Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday. The shift runs from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Pay is $17.50–$23.50 per hour. The role requires active movement throughout the day and assisting residents with sitting, standing, walking, and after a fall.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age.
Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Be able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
Have a positive and energetic attitude and a strong interest in working with residents.
Possess computer skills sufficient to print documents and enter resident information.
Be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop throughout the day.
Be able to frequently lift and/or move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, and assist persons after a fall.
Receive criminal clearance.
