About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Partner to join our team at Crestone located at 21810 W 119th Street, Olathe, KS 66061. This full-time position involves providing direct care and creating meaningful connections with residents during their most vulnerable moments. We are looking for individuals who embody empathy, generosity, dedication, curiosity, and proactivity in assisting residents with their daily living activities.

Requirements

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude.
• Computer skills to print documents and enter resident information.
• Must be active, requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
• Creating human connection with residents during their most vulnerable moments.
• Being present and sharing talents to be a reliable team member.
• Creating an inclusive and positive environment by investing wholeheartedly in work, team members, and the community.
• Being curious, asking questions, and engaging in personal development, growth, and training within the organization.
• Assisting residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
