About The Position

The Care Partner supports residents at Vitalia Montrose in Copley, Ohio, by creating human connections and providing empathetic, dependable care. The role focuses on assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care, while contributing to an inclusive and positive environment. Team members are encouraged to be present, curious, and engaged in their own development, growth, and training. This is a part-time position scheduled from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Week 1 shifts are Monday, Saturday, and Sunday; Week 2 shifts are Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. The stated pay range is $19 to $24.25 per hour.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
Positive and energetic attitude and a strong interest in working with residents.
Computer skills sufficient to print documents and enter resident information.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop throughout the day.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and after a fall.
Must be criminally cleared.
