About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is hiring a part-time Care Partner at Vitalia Montrose in Copley, Ohio. The role pays $19–$24.25 per hour and is scheduled from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. on a rotating two-week schedule: Monday, Saturday, and Sunday in week one; Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday in week two. The Care Partner creates human connections with residents, contributes to a positive and inclusive environment, and remains engaged in their own development and training. The role proactively assists residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
Positive and energetic attitude and an enthusiasm for working with residents.
Computer skills sufficient to print documents and enter resident information.
Must be criminally cleared.
Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop throughout the day.
Must be able to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
