About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Care Partner to join our team at Boulevard St Peters in Saint Peters, MO. This part-time role involves creating human connections with residents, being a reliable team member, fostering a positive environment, and actively participating in personal and professional development. The Care Partner will proactively assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.

Requirements

At least eighteen (18) years of age.
High school diploma, or equivalent.
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
Positive and energetic attitude.
Computer skills to print documents and enter resident information.
Must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
Must be criminally cleared.
