About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Partner to join our team at Boulevard St Peters in Saint Peters, MO. This part-time position offers a pay range of $17.50 - $23.50 per hour and involves a shift schedule of Thursdays from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm. The role emphasizes empathy, creating human connections, being a reliable team member, fostering a positive and inclusive environment, and continuous learning and development. Care Partners are expected to be proactive in assisting residents with activities of daily living.

Requirements

Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
Positive and energetic attitude.
Computer skills for printing documents and entering resident information.
Must be active, requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
Creating human connection with residents during their most vulnerable moments.
Being present and reliable for team members and residents.
Investing wholeheartedly in work, team members, and the community.
Being curious and engaged in personal development, growth, and training.
Assisting residents with sitting, standing, and walking.
Assisting persons after a fall.
