About The Position

We are looking for someone to be an “Advocate of Empathy,” responsible for understanding the importance of empathy and creating human connection with residents during their most vulnerable moments. The role also involves being a “Generous Gift Giver” by being present, sharing talents, and being someone others can count on. Additionally, the position requires being “💯” by creating an inclusive and positive environment, being an “Engaged Egghead” by being curious and engaged in personal development, and being “Proactive” in assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.

Requirements

At least eighteen (18) years of age.
High school diploma, or equivalent.
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
Positive and energetic attitude.
Computer skills to be able to print documents and enter information about residents.
Must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
Must be criminally cleared.
