About The Position
Arrow Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Partner to join our team at Boulevard St Peters in Saint Peters, MO. This part-time position involves providing essential daily living assistance to residents, fostering human connection, and contributing to a positive and inclusive environment. We are looking for individuals who embody empathy, generosity, dedication, curiosity, and proactivity in their approach to resident care. The role requires active engagement, physical stamina, and the ability to lift and assist residents. Requirements
- At least eighteen (18) years of age.
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
- Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
- Positive and energetic attitude.
- Computer skills to print documents and enter resident information.
- Must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
- Must be criminally cleared.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
- Create human connection with residents during their most vulnerable moments.
- Be present and share talents with residents and team members.
- Create an inclusive and positive environment by investing with your whole heart in your work, team members, and the community.
- Be curious, ask questions, and be engaged in your development, growth, and training.
- Assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking.
- Assist persons after a fall.
