About The Position

The Care Partner supports residents at Vitalia Rockside in Seven Hills, Ohio, by building human connections and creating a positive, inclusive environment. The role emphasizes empathy, dependability, curiosity, and engagement in personal development and training. Care Partners proactively assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care. This is a part-time position scheduled Wednesdays from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., paying $18–$24 per hour.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
Positive and energetic attitude and enthusiasm for working with residents.
Computer skills to print documents and enter resident information.
Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop throughout the day.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and after a fall.
Must be criminally cleared.
