About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is hiring a full-time Care Partner at Vitalia Rockside in Seven Hills, Ohio. The role focuses on creating human connections with residents, providing empathetic support, and fostering an inclusive, positive environment. Care Partners assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care, and are expected to be present, dependable, engaged in their training and development, and proactive in their work. The position pays $18–$24 per hour. The schedule is 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Week 1 is Monday, Saturday, and Sunday; Week 2 is Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. The role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping throughout the day, frequently lifting or moving items up to 50 pounds, and assisting residents with sitting, standing, walking, and after falls.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age.
Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Be able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
Have a positive and energetic attitude and a strong commitment to residents.
Possess computer skills to print documents and enter resident information.
Be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop throughout the day.
Be able to frequently lift and/or move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as after a fall.
Be criminally cleared.
