About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is hiring a full-time Care Partner at Parkway in Blue Springs, Missouri. The Care Partner creates human connections with residents, particularly during vulnerable moments, and contributes to a positive, inclusive environment for residents, teammates, and the community. The role calls for empathy, dependability, a positive attitude, and engagement in training and professional growth. The Care Partner proactively assists residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care. The position pays $17.50–$25 per hour and follows a 6:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. schedule. Week 1: Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. Week 2: Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age.
Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Be able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
Have a positive and energetic attitude and enjoy working with residents.
Have computer skills sufficient to print documents and enter resident information.
Be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop throughout the day.
Be able to frequently lift and/or move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, including after a fall.
Receive criminal clearance.
