About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is hiring a part-time Care Partner at Boulevard Wentzville in Wentzville, Missouri. The role focuses on creating human connections with residents, contributing to an inclusive and positive environment, and providing proactive assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care. Care Partners are expected to be present and dependable, bring a positive and energetic attitude, and engage in their own development, growth, and training. The position follows an overnight schedule of 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. on a rotating two-week schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, and Sunday in week one; Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday in week two. Pay is $17.50–$23.50 per hour.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
Positive and energetic attitude and enthusiasm for working with residents.
Computer skills sufficient to print documents and enter resident information.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop throughout the day.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, and to assist persons after a fall.
Must be criminally cleared.
