About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is hiring a part-time Care Partner at Boulevard Wentzville in Wentzville, Missouri. The role is scheduled from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. on a rotating two-week schedule: Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday in Week 1; Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, and Sunday in Week 2. The listed pay range is $17.50–$23.50 per hour. The Care Partner supports residents with activities of daily living and fosters human connection, empathy, and an inclusive, positive environment. The role calls for dependability, curiosity, engagement in training and development, and a positive, energetic approach to working with residents and teammates.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
Positive and energetic attitude and enthusiasm for working with residents.
Computer skills sufficient to print documents and enter resident information.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop throughout the day.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, and to assist persons after a fall.
Must be criminally cleared.
