We are seeking a motivated, organized, and people-focused Care Coordinator to join our growing team. This position will primarily focus on caregiver recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and compliance management, while also playing an active role in staffing coordination, caregiver support, client communication, and day-to-day office operations. This is a dynamic role that is ideal for someone who enjoys both relationship-building and problem-solving. The right person will be comfortable managing multiple priorities, communicating with both caregivers and clients, and helping support the overall success of daily operations. This position is an important part of both the caregiver and client experience.
