About The Position

Stellar Senior Living is seeking a Care Coordinator to join a senior living community providing assisted living and memory care. The Care Coordinator works closely under the Health and Wellness Director and Memory Care Director to plan resident care, oversee community operations, monitor residents’ health routines, oversee health care administration and staff management, and ensure staff follow health care guidelines.

The role includes hiring, training, leading, and mentoring Caregivers; ensuring the team complies with regulations governing resident care; and creating schedules and approving timecards. Full-time work is available, and flexible schedules are offered.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of management or leadership experience.
• Scheduling experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, lead, and mentor Caregivers.
• Ensure the team complies with regulations governing resident care.
• Create schedules and approve timecards.
• Plan resident care in coordination with the Health and Wellness Director and Memory Care Director.
• Oversee community operations and monitor residents’ health routines.
