About The Position

Golden Nozzle Car Wash is seeking hard-working, dedicated, customer-focused team members who enjoy interacting with customers and contributing to daily operations. Work includes serving customers, supporting sales and membership growth, keeping the facility and equipment clean and operational, helping manage vehicle throughput, following safety and compliance procedures, and assisting with housekeeping and inventory restocking. The position requires flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with at least one weekend workday required. Team members work outdoors in varied weather and must be able to stand and move around vehicles for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and tolerate exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products.

Requirements

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Be able to read, write, and perform arithmetic calculations, such as making change, at an eighth-grade level.
• Have flexible availability to cover evenings, weekends, and holidays; working at least one weekend day is required.
• Remain calm and respond according to policies and procedures during emergencies.
• Be able to lift, carry, and hold up to 50 pounds.
• Be able to work outdoors in weather ranging from -10°F to 100°F.
• Be able to stand, walk, and move around vehicles for extended periods.
• Be able to tolerate exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, professional customer service by responding to inquiries and concerns.
• Use an on-site electronic tablet to recite standard customer service greetings.
• Assist with sales initiatives and membership growth strategies.
• Help keep the facility, equipment, and grounds clean, safe, and operational.
• Support vehicle-throughput optimization to minimize wait times and improve the customer experience.
• Follow company safety procedures and regulatory compliance standards.
• Perform general housekeeping duties.
• Monitor inventory and help restock chemicals and supplies.
