About The Position

Golden Nozzle Car Wash is seeking hard-working, dedicated, customer-focused team members to support daily operations and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Team members work in a fast-paced environment and may grow their skills and advance within the organization.

The role involves assisting customers, supporting sales and membership growth, maintaining the facility and equipment, helping optimize vehicle throughput, following safety and regulatory requirements, performing housekeeping, and monitoring inventory for chemicals and supplies. The position requires flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and working at least one weekend day.

Requirements

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Read, write, and perform arithmetic calculations, such as making change, at an eighth-grade level.
• Have flexible availability to cover shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Work at least one day on the weekend.
• Remain calm and respond according to policies and procedures during emergencies.
• Be able to lift, carry, and hold up to 50 pounds.
• Be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, from -10°F to 100°F.
• Be able to stand, walk, and move around vehicles for extended periods.
• Be able to tolerate exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products.
• Demonstrate a customer-centric mindset, results-driven execution, safety and operational compliance, and effective verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns.
• Use an on-site electronic tablet to recite standard customer service greetings.
• Assist with sales initiatives and membership growth strategies.
• Help keep the facility, equipment, and grounds clean, safe, and operational.
• Support efforts to optimize vehicle throughput and minimize customer wait times.
• Follow company safety procedures and regulatory compliance standards.
• Perform general housekeeping duties.
• Monitor inventory and assist with restocking chemicals and supplies.
