About The Position

Golden Nozzle Car Wash is hiring hard-working, dedicated, customer-focused team members who enjoy interacting with customers. Team members support daily operations in a fast-paced environment, help deliver outstanding customer service, and may continue developing skills and advancing within the organization. The role includes customer service, sales and membership support, facility upkeep, vehicle-flow assistance, safety compliance, housekeeping, and inventory monitoring.

Requirements

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Read, write, and perform arithmetic calculations, such as making change, at an eighth-grade level.
• Have flexible availability for shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays; working at least one weekend day is required.
• Remain calm and respond according to policies and procedures during emergencies.
• Lift, carry, and hold up to 50 lbs.
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions, with temperatures ranging from -10°F to 100°F.
• Stand, walk, and move around vehicles for extended periods.
• Tolerate exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Use an on-site electronic tablet to recite standard customer service greetings and assist with sales initiatives and membership growth strategies.
• Help keep the facility, equipment, and grounds clean, safe, and fully operational.
• Support efforts to optimize vehicle throughput and minimize customer wait times.
• Follow company safety procedures and regulatory compliance standards.
• Perform general housekeeping duties.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking chemicals and supplies.
