About The Position

Golden Nozzle Car Wash is seeking hard-working, dedicated, customer-focused team members for a fast-paced environment. The role supports daily car wash operations, provides outstanding customer service, and helps maintain a clean, safe, and operational facility. Team members interact with customers, support sales and membership growth using an on-site electronic tablet, maintain the facility and equipment, help optimize vehicle throughput, follow safety and regulatory requirements, perform housekeeping, and monitor inventory for chemicals and supplies. The position requires flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with at least one weekend day required. Work takes place outdoors in varied weather and involves extended periods of standing and walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, and exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products.

Requirements

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Read, write, and perform arithmetic calculations, such as making change, at an eighth-grade level.
• Have flexible availability for shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays; working at least one weekend day is required.
• Remain calm and respond according to policies and procedures during emergencies.
• Lift, carry, and hold up to 50 pounds.
• Work outdoors in weather conditions ranging from -10°F to 100°F.
• Stand, walk, and move around vehicles for extended periods.
• Tolerate exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products.
• Demonstrate a customer-centric mindset, results-driven execution, safety and operational compliance, and effective verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, professional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns.
• Use an on-site electronic tablet to recite standard customer service greetings and assist with sales initiatives and membership growth strategies.
• Help keep the facility, equipment, and grounds clean, safe, and fully operational.
• Support vehicle-throughput optimization to reduce wait times and improve the customer experience.
• Follow company safety procedures and regulatory compliance standards.
• Perform general housekeeping duties.
• Monitor inventory and assist with restocking chemicals and supplies.

Benefits

• Competitive pay averaging $17.25–$20.25 per hour, including wages and performance-based bonuses; starting rate is $18.00.
