About The Position

Golden Nozzle Car Wash is seeking hard-working, dedicated, customer-focused team members to support daily operations and deliver an exceptional customer experience. The role involves interacting with customers, supporting sales and membership growth, maintaining the facility and equipment, helping optimize vehicle throughput, and following safety and compliance procedures. Team members work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and may have opportunities for career growth and leadership development.

Requirements

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Be able to read, write, and perform arithmetic calculations, such as making change, at an eighth-grade level.
• Have flexible availability for shifts that include evenings, weekends, and holidays; working at least one weekend day is required.
• Remain calm and respond according to policies and procedures during emergencies.
• Be able to lift, carry, and hold up to 50 pounds.
• Be able to work outdoors in weather ranging from -10°F to 100°F.
• Be able to stand, walk, and move around vehicles for extended periods.
• Be able to tolerate exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and professional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns.
• Use an on-site electronic tablet to recite standard customer service greetings and support sales initiatives and membership growth strategies.
• Help keep the facility, equipment, and grounds clean, safe, and operational.
• Support efforts to optimize vehicle throughput and minimize customer wait times.
• Follow company safety procedures and regulatory compliance standards.
• Perform general housekeeping duties.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking chemicals and supplies.
