About The Position

Golden Nozzle Car Wash is hiring hard-working, dedicated, customer-focused team members who enjoy interacting with customers and contributing to a fast-paced operation. The role supports daily car wash operations, provides outstanding customer service, and offers opportunities to develop skills and advance within the organization.

Team members may provide customer assistance, support sales and membership growth, maintain the facility and equipment, help optimize vehicle throughput, follow safety and compliance procedures, perform housekeeping, and monitor inventory for chemicals and supplies. The role requires flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and working at least one weekend day. It involves outdoor work in varied weather and exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products, as well as extended periods of standing, walking, and moving around vehicles.

Requirements

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Be able to read, write, and perform arithmetic calculations, such as making change, at an eighth-grade level.
• Have flexible availability to cover shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays; working at least one weekend day is required.
• Be able to remain calm and respond according to policies and procedures during emergencies.
• Be able to lift, carry, and hold up to 50 pounds.
• Be able to work outdoors in weather ranging from -10°F to 100°F.
• Be able to stand, walk, and move around vehicles for extended periods.
• Be able to tolerate exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and professional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns.
• Recite standard customer service greetings using an on-site electronic tablet.
• Assist with sales initiatives and membership growth strategies.
• Help keep the facility, equipment, and grounds clean, safe, and operational.
• Support efforts to optimize vehicle throughput and minimize customer wait times.
• Follow company safety procedures and regulatory compliance standards.
• Perform general housekeeping duties.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking chemicals and supplies.
