About The Position

Golden Nozzle Car Wash is seeking hard-working, dedicated, customer-focused individuals to support daily operations and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Team Members work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and may interact with customers, assist with sales initiatives and membership growth, maintain the facility and equipment, help optimize vehicle throughput, follow safety and compliance procedures, and support housekeeping and inventory restocking. The role offers opportunities to develop skills and advance within the organization. The position requires flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with at least one weekend day required. Team Members work outdoors in varied weather conditions, move around vehicles for extended periods, and may encounter gasoline fumes and cleaning products. The listed starting rate is $15.00 per hour. The stated average pay is $17.25–$20.25 per hour, including wages and performance-based bonuses.

Requirements

Be at least 16 years of age.
Be able to read, write, and perform arithmetic calculations, such as making change, at an eighth-grade level.
Have flexible availability to cover evening, weekend, and holiday shifts; working at least one day on the weekend is required.
Be able to remain calm and respond according to policies and procedures during emergencies.
Be able to lift, carry, and hold up to 50 pounds.
Be able to work outdoors in temperatures ranging from -10°F to 100°F.
Be able to stand, walk, and move around vehicles for extended periods.
Be able to tolerate exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products.
Demonstrate a customer-centric mindset, results-driven execution, safety and operational compliance, and effective verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by promptly and professionally addressing inquiries and concerns.
Use an on-site electronic tablet to recite standard customer service greetings and assist with sales initiatives and membership growth strategies.
Help keep the facility, equipment, and grounds clean, safe, and fully operational.
Support efforts to optimize vehicle throughput and minimize wait times.
Follow company safety procedures and regulatory compliance standards.
Perform general housekeeping duties.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking chemicals and supplies.
Respond to emergencies calmly and in accordance with policies and procedures.
