About The Position

Golden Nozzle Car Wash is seeking hard-working, dedicated, customer-focused team members to support daily operations and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Team members work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, interact with customers, and may grow their skills and advance within the organization.

The role involves providing customer service, supporting sales and membership initiatives, helping maintain the facility and equipment, supporting vehicle flow, following safety and compliance procedures, and assisting with housekeeping and inventory restocking.

Requirements

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Be able to read, write, and perform arithmetic calculations, such as making change, at an eighth-grade level.
• Have flexible availability for shifts that include evenings, weekends, and holidays; working at least one weekend day is required.
• Remain calm and respond according to policies and procedures during emergencies.
• Be able to lift, carry, and hold up to 50 lbs.
• Be able to work outdoors in weather conditions ranging from -10°F to 100°F.
• Be able to stand, walk, and move around vehicles for extended periods.
• Be able to tolerate exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products.

Responsibilities

• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Use an on-site electronic tablet to recite standard customer service greetings.
• Assist with sales initiatives and membership growth strategies.
• Help keep the facility, equipment, and grounds clean, safe, and operational.
• Support vehicle throughput efforts to minimize wait times and improve the customer experience.
• Follow company safety procedures and regulatory compliance standards.
• Perform general housekeeping duties.
• Monitor inventory and assist with restocking chemicals and supplies.
