The Manager in Training (MIT) program is designed to prepare individuals for managerial responsibilities, focusing on people management, operations management, and customer complaint resolution. The MIT will assist the Manager in all aspects of daily shift management, learning new skills and demonstrating increasing proficiency. Our company offers a weekly bonus for cars washed and monthly passes sold, along with opportunities for career advancement and skill development within the organization.

Responsibilities

Participate in training experiences and learn new skills.
Demonstrate increasing proficiency and expertise with managerial responsibilities.
Prepare for decisions and actions in people management, operations management, and customer complaint resolution.
Assist the Manager in all aspects of daily shift management.
Increase customer satisfaction by improving wash speed, decreasing cleaning errors, and enhancing customer friendliness.
Increase bottom line revenue by boosting extra-service sales, maintaining acceptable labor percentages, and controlling operational costs.
Develop skills by achieving full utilization of production procedures, increasing tasks performed per person, and decreasing equipment and chemical problems.
