About The Position

The Canvassing Team Lead helps build brand awareness and generate leads for Bath & Cabinet Experts by engaging directly with homeowners in local communities. The role involves introducing the company and its remodeling services, answering questions, gathering information from interested prospects, and scheduling appointments. The position also tracks and reports lead-generation efforts and contributes to team success. It is a full-time position of 30 hours per week, Monday through Friday, involving outdoor canvassing.

Requirements

• Outgoing, friendly personality with the ability to lead and drive conversations.
• Confidence initiating conversations and building rapport.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for great service.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Comfortable walking and standing for extended periods during canvassing.
• Previous canvassing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads by canvassing neighborhoods and introducing Bath & Cabinet Experts to homeowners.
• Engage professionally with homeowners, provide information, and answer questions in a friendly, approachable manner.
