About The Position

Bath & Cabinet Experts is hiring a Canvassing Team Lead to build brand awareness and generate leads by engaging directly with homeowners in local neighborhoods. The role involves introducing homeowners to the company’s products and services, answering questions, gathering information from interested prospects, and scheduling appointments. The position also tracks and reports on lead-generation efforts to support team success.

Requirements

• Previous canvassing experience is required.
• Outgoing, friendly personality and ability to lead and drive conversations.
• Confidence initiating conversations and building rapport.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for great service.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Comfortable walking and standing for extended periods during canvassing.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads by canvassing neighborhoods and introducing Bath & Cabinet Experts to homeowners.
• Engage professionally with homeowners, provide information, and answer questions in a friendly manner.
• Educate potential customers about the company’s services, offerings, and expertise.
• Collect detailed information from interested prospects and schedule appointments.
• Track and report lead-generation efforts to contribute to team success.
