About The Position
Bath & Cabinet Experts is hiring a Canvassing Team Lead to build brand awareness and generate leads by engaging directly with homeowners in the community. The role involves introducing homeowners to the company’s remodeling services, answering questions, collecting prospect information, and scheduling appointments. Requirements
- Previous canvassing experience is required.
- Outgoing, friendly personality and ability to lead and drive conversations.
- Confidence starting conversations and building rapport.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for great service.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Comfortable walking and standing for extended periods during canvassing.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads by canvassing neighborhoods and introducing Bath & Cabinet Experts to homeowners.
- Engage professionally with homeowners, provide information, and answer questions in a friendly, approachable manner.
- Educate potential customers about the company’s services, offerings, and expertise.
- Collect detailed information from interested prospects and schedule appointments.
- Track and report lead-generation efforts to contribute to team success.
