Canvassing Team Lead
About The Position
The Canvassing Team Lead helps build brand awareness and generate leads for Bath & Cabinet Experts by engaging with homeowners in their communities. The role involves introducing the company’s remodeling products and services, answering questions, gathering prospect information, and scheduling appointments. The position also tracks and reports lead-generation efforts to support team success. Bath & Cabinet Experts is an Indianapolis-founded home improvement company established in 2019. It is the exclusive Jacuzzi Bath Remodel dealer for Indiana and Ohio, operates in six Midwest markets, and also offers kitchen cabinet refacing through Cabinet Experts. The company describes itself as a fast-growing business focused on customer and employee experiences, career growth, and community involvement. This is a full-time position for 30 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Canvassing involves walking and standing for extended periods and working outdoors.
Requirements
- Outgoing, friendly personality and ability to lead and drive conversations.
- Confidence initiating conversations and building rapport.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for providing great service.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Comfort walking and standing for extended periods during canvassing.
- Previous canvassing experience required.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads by canvassing neighborhoods and introducing Bath & Cabinet Experts to homeowners.
- Engage professionally with homeowners, provide information, and answer questions in a friendly, approachable manner.
- Educate potential customers about the company’s services, offerings, and expertise.
- Collect detailed information from interested prospects and schedule appointments.
- Track and report lead-generation efforts to contribute to team success.
