Canvassing Team Lead
About The Position
Bath & Cabinet Experts is hiring a Canvassing Team Lead to build brand awareness and generate leads by engaging directly with homeowners in the community. The role involves introducing the company’s remodeling services, answering questions, gathering information from interested prospects, and scheduling appointments. The position is full-time, 30 hours per week, Monday through Friday, and involves walking and standing outdoors for extended periods. Bath & Cabinet Experts specializes in bathroom and kitchen remodeling. Founded in 2019 in Indianapolis, the company is the exclusive Jacuzzi Bath Remodel dealer for Indiana and Ohio and has expanded into six Midwest markets. Its Cabinet Experts division provides kitchen cabinet refacing. The company highlights its workplace awards, customer reviews, charitable donations, and opportunities for employee growth.
Requirements
- Outgoing, friendly personality with the ability to lead and drive conversations.
- Confidence in starting conversations and building rapport.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for great service.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Comfortable walking and standing for extended periods during canvassing.
- Previous canvassing experience required.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads by canvassing neighborhoods and introducing Bath & Cabinet Experts to homeowners.
- Engage professionally with homeowners, provide information, and answer questions in a friendly, approachable manner.
- Educate potential customers about Bath Experts’ services, offerings, and expertise.
- Collect detailed information from interested prospects and schedule appointments.
- Track and report lead-generation efforts to contribute to team success.
