Canvassing Team Lead
About The Position
Bath & Cabinet Experts is seeking a Canvassing Team Lead to build brand awareness and generate leads by engaging directly with homeowners in the community. The role involves introducing the company and its remodeling services, answering questions, gathering prospect information, and scheduling appointments. The position is full-time at 30 hours per week, Monday through Friday, and includes canvassing outdoors in neighborhoods. Previous canvassing experience is required. Bath & Cabinet Experts is an Indianapolis-founded home improvement company specializing in bathroom and kitchen remodeling. Founded in 2019, it is the exclusive Jacuzzi Bath Remodel dealer for Indiana and Ohio and has expanded into six Midwest markets. Its Cabinet Experts division offers kitchen cabinet refacing. Requirements
- Previous canvassing experience is required.
- Outgoing, friendly personality and ability to lead and drive conversations.
- Confidence initiating conversations and building rapport.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for great service.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Comfort walking and standing for extended periods during canvassing.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads by canvassing neighborhoods and introducing Bath & Cabinet Experts to homeowners.
- Engage professionally with homeowners, provide information, and answer questions in a friendly manner.
- Educate potential customers about the company’s services, offerings, and expertise.
- Collect detailed information from interested prospects and schedule appointments.
- Track and report lead-generation efforts to contribute to team success.
