About The Position

Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) is looking a dynamic Campus Relations Recruiting Manager that will partner with key stakeholders within the organization and with universities to drive and manage our internship and co-op programs. The Campus Relations Recruiting Manager will report into the Director, Talent Acquisition Operations, and is responsible for executing on our university program to attract and convert a steady pipeline of top undergraduate and graduate candidates into all of Keurig Dr Pepper's business lines. This position is a hybrid role based in Frisco, TX, with in-office work from Tuesday to Thursday and remote work on Monday and Friday.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience of developing and leading a US Corporate Campus Relations program is required; Canadian programs experience is a plus
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing and developing a recruiting team required
  • Superior ability to influence senior leaders to impact change in a matrixed organization
  • Solid record of success partnering with internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to improve processes and monitor and measure key KPI’s to evaluate ROI
  • Team player with open and candid communication style; highly regarded team leadership skills including performance management, strategic planning and talent development
  • 50% travel during peak recruiting season

Nice To Haves

  • Canadian programs experience is a plus
  • Experience with iCIMS, Eightfold, Workday, HireVue, Canva & Handshake is a plus
  • Experience with Military Programs a plus
  • Working knowledge of US regulatory and compliance requirements relative to Talent Acquisition and HR preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a campus recruiting strategy that aligns with the company's vision, values, and culture.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of campus recruiters and one coordinator.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with local/out of state universities, colleges, career centers, faculty, student groups and national diversity-focused organizations.
  • Plan and execute campus events and activities, such as information sessions, career fairs, interviews, workshops, and networking events.
  • Manage the campus recruiting budget and track the effectiveness of campus recruiting initiatives.
  • Create and deliver compelling employer branding and marketing materials for campus audiences.
  • Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates and provide feedback and guidance throughout the hiring process.
  • Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience that reflects the company's culture and values.
  • Monitor and report out on campus recruiting metrics, trends and insights to create a best-in-class campus program.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition Operations and Communication teams to oversee all college marketing channels, including Keurig Dr Pepper’s careers site, social media presence, and college-related job boards.
  • Cultivate alumni from various intern programs to serve as Keurig Dr Pepper ambassadors on campus.
