Call Center Retention Rep - Remote
About The Position
EchoStar is hiring a remote Call Center Retention Rep to support its Inside Sales & Retention teams. The role handles 100% inbound calls from new and existing customers, with no outbound calls or cold calling. Representatives use a consultative approach to explain the value of EchoStar’s TV, internet, and wireless products and services and influence customer purchasing decisions. The position operates in a competitive, fast-paced production environment at a Fortune 250 company, with honesty and integrity central to customer interactions. Applicants must live in Missouri and provide a suitable home workspace and equipment. Base pay is listed as $34,000, with on-target earnings of $70,000 from a $16.00 hourly base and uncapped commission. The posting also lists compensation of $70,000 per year. High performers may earn $100,000 or more, and elite performers $150,000 or more. Employment is contingent on passing a pre-employment screen, including a drug test and acceptable driving record.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a quota-carrying sales role.
- Competitive spirit, determination, resilience, a persuasive personality, a growth mindset, and integrity.
- Must live in Missouri.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Full-time availability; hours may include evenings, weekends, or holidays.
- Complete a pre-employment screen, including a drug test and acceptable driving record.
- Smartphone or device with an active network connection.
- Home workspace with wired internet of at least 25 Mbps download and 2 Mbps upload, USB keyboard, mouse, headset, webcam, and at least two monitors.
- Employee is responsible for setup costs, except where required by law.
