Café Ambassador - Miami Beach

Capital One•Miami Beach, FL
•$47,840 - $55,016•Onsite

About The Position

The Café Ambassador is the face of Capital One’s mission to change banking for good, working in a modern community hub rather than behind a teller line. The role combines high-end customer service with guidance on digital banking, helping bridge digital innovation and human connection. Ambassadors engage with guests, share information about Capital One products and services through conversation, guide customers through mobile and other digital tools, and troubleshoot technology challenges. The role does not involve serving coffee and is not driven by traditional sales quotas. Ambassadors also host and support local financial-health events within Capital One’s established programs and community partnerships, advocate for customers, resolve issues in line with compliance and regulatory requirements, and help create an inclusive environment. The work is active and involves moving throughout the Café. The position requires flexibility to support nearby Cafés within a 50-mile radius and, occasionally, other locations in the broader region. Schedules may include nights, weekends, and holidays, may change to meet business needs, and required training may take place on a different schedule from the primary shift. The role also requires lifting up to 25 pounds, standing or moving for extended periods, and regular, consistent attendance.
