About The Position

The Nike Retail Supervisor, referred to as a Specialist, is the face of NIKE in a high-volume, fast-paced retail environment. The role supports customers in making informed product choices, contributes to strong customer service, and works collaboratively with the team to meet goals and create positive customer experiences. Supervisors lead by example in bringing Nike’s Service Principles to life and supporting the consumer journey. The position is based at Nike Miami Beach in Miami Beach, Florida, and is full time at 34–40 hours per week, including nights and weekends.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• At least 1 year of retail or consumer service experience.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on store needs.
• Authentic customer service skills to help customers feel seen and understood.
• Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies.
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations.

• Operate a cash register and perform shipping and receiving duties.
• Stock products, clean, and build visual displays, with or without accommodations.
• Attend store events and support teammates.
