About The Position

As a Nike Retail Supervisor, referred to as a Specialist, you are the face of NIKE in a high-volume, fast-paced retail environment. You guide customers in making product choices, support customer service, and work with your team to achieve shared goals. The role focuses on creating welcoming customer experiences and bringing Nike’s Service Principles and consumer journey to life.

The position is full-time, 34–40 hours per week, including nights and weekends, at Nike Miami Beach in Miami Beach, Florida. The role involves supporting customers and teammates, handling store operations, and contributing to store events.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• At least 1 year of retail or consumer service experience.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on store needs.
• Use customer service authentically to ensure customers feel seen and understood in stores.
• Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies.
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations.

• Stock products, clean, and build visual displays, with or without accommodations.
• Attend store events to support teammates.
