About The Position

The Café Ambassador is the face of Capital One’s mission to change banking for good, working in a modern community hub rather than behind a traditional teller line. The role combines high-end customer service with guidance on digital banking, helping guests connect with Capital One’s products and services through genuine conversation without traditional sales quotas. The ambassador builds community by engaging with guests, helping them use mobile banking tools, troubleshooting technology challenges, supporting local financial-health events, and resolving customer issues in line with compliance and regulatory requirements. The position is active and requires moving throughout the Café. Ambassadors may support nearby Cafés within a 50-mile radius and, occasionally, other locations in the broader region. The schedule is flexible and may include nights, weekends, and holidays, with schedule changes and training hours differing from the primary shift.
