About The Position

Responsibilities

Clear and reset tables promptly after guests depart; remove used dishes, glassware, and utensils and take them to the dishwashing area.
Wipe down and sanitize tables, chairs, and condiment containers.
Assist servers with refilling drinks, delivering food orders, and providing additional items to guests; coordinate with servers to prepare tables for new guests.
Transport dishes from the kitchen to the dining area and ensure food orders are delivered to the correct tables.
Keep server and busser stations clean and organized; restock napkins, utensils, and condiments.
Empty trash receptacles and replace trash bags as needed.
Interact with guests in a friendly, professional manner, respond to requests, and refer inquiries or concerns to servers or management when necessary.
Help maintain overall restaurant cleanliness by sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning windows, and keeping the premises tidy.
Report maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel.
