About The Position

As a Busser at Stone Creek, you help maintain a clean, organized restaurant and provide guests with a pleasant dining experience. Responsibilities

• Clear and promptly reset tables after guests depart.
• Remove used dishes, glassware, and utensils from tables and transport them to the dishwashing area.
• Wipe down and sanitize tables, chairs, and condiment containers.
• Assist servers by refilling drinks, delivering food orders, and providing additional items to guests as needed.
• Communicate with servers to ensure tables are ready for new guests.
• Transport dishes from the kitchen to the dining area and ensure food orders are delivered to the correct tables.
• Keep server and busser stations clean and organized.
• Restock napkins, utensils, and condiments as needed.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace trash bags when necessary.
• Interact with guests professionally, respond to requests, and address inquiries or concerns, escalating them to servers or management when needed.
• Assist with restaurant cleanliness, including sweeping and mopping floors and cleaning windows.
• Report maintenance or repair needs to appropriate personnel.
