About The Position

Responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables promptly after guests depart.
• Remove used dishes, glassware, and utensils from tables and take them to the dishwashing area.
• Wipe down and sanitize tables, chairs, and condiment containers.
• Assist servers with refilling drinks, delivering food orders, and providing additional items to guests.
• Coordinate with servers to prepare tables for new guests.
• Transport dishes from the kitchen to the dining area and ensure food orders reach the correct tables.
• Keep server and busser stations clean and organized.
• Restock napkins, utensils, and condiments as needed.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace trash bags when necessary.
• Interact with guests professionally, respond to requests, and direct inquiries or concerns to servers or management when needed.
• Help maintain overall restaurant cleanliness, including sweeping and mopping floors and cleaning windows.
• Report maintenance or repair needs to appropriate personnel.
