About The Position

The Busser supports dining-room operations by clearing and resetting tables, serving plates, glasses, and silverware, refilling beverages, and maintaining supplies of glassware, dishes, and utensils. The position also includes helping servers deliver food and keeping dining areas and service stations clean and stocked. This is a casual part-time onsite position in Kohler, Wisconsin. It includes weekday and weekend work, with hours varying between 5:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. The hourly range is $7.30–$11.00 plus tips or gratuity; the rate offered may depend on experience, education, and work location. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

Requirements

Authorization to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
Frequently stand, walk, sit, climb or balance, and stoop or kneel.
Frequently lift and/or move objects weighing up to 30 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
Required vision abilities include close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth vision, and the ability to adjust focus.

Responsibilities

Clear tables of dishware and napkins after meals and return them to the kitchen.
Prepare coffee, tea, and ice water for customers.
Remove dirty utensils and replenish them as needed.
Keep floors and chairs near dining tables clean by sweeping and mopping.
Maintain appropriate stock levels of glassware, silverware, and dishware.
Clean, sanitize, and reset tables after meals.
Refill salt, pepper, and other condiments at tables.
Assist servers with food delivery.
Keep designated service stations clean and well stocked.
